How to order

Fill out the Partner Application Form, you'll receive a login for the storefront if approved. (For existing customers, simply select the "login" button and "create account" to request access)

Locate the exploded view of the model you're looking for

Go to the storefront and search for your part via the search button, which includes retail pricing for parts (with the exception of filtration)

Who is Astoria
Astoria designs and builds professional espresso machines with Italian engineering and a focus on reliable performance. Astoria USA is managed by RCW USA Inc., part of Ryoma Holdings. This site is the official U.S. source for genuine Astoria parts and documentation, as well as for Macap and Barista Attitude.

Provenance
Astoria’s U.S. presence began in 1995, when General Espresso Equipment in Greensboro, NC became the official importer. In 2012, both Astoria and Wega were acquired by Ryoma Holdings. In 2022, General Espresso was fully integrated into the Ryoma group and rebranded as RCW USA Inc. (Ryoma Coffee World USA). Manufacturing continues at CMA in Italy, while RCW USA manages Astoria USA operations today.

Do you sell or provide technical support to end users?
We only sell to distributors, service companies, and qualified roasters at this time. We can connect you with a local partner if technical assistance is needed — visit the Connect with Distributor/Partner page found on the main menu.

How do I become a trade customer?
Fill out the RCW USA, Inc. Partner Application form found in the main menu. Our team will set up your account and follow up via email once reviewed, you'll also receive a login request for the website to able to place your order.

How fast do you ship?
Lead times vary based on product availability and order requirements. Orders are processed once all details are confirmed, and shipments are released as stock and documentation allow. If an order requires additional assistance, processing and shipping may take longer.

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. For Canadian shipments, buyers must provide a UPS account number and customs broker information at the time of ordering. Duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. RCW USA does not clear packages or assist with customs brokerage.
