Thank you for purchasing an Astoria Espresso Coffee Machine!
We stand behind the machines we sell! If you ever have any problems with the items or your espresso machine, we request that you contact your distributor FIRST so they can go through their normal procedure and support their customers.
All of our machines come with a standard 90-day labor warranty from the date of purchase. Parts warranty is for 12 months.
ALL WARRANTY WORK REQUIRES PRE-APPROVAL AND WORK ORDER FROM RYOMA COFFEE WORLD
BEFORE ANY WORK IS TO BE PERFORMED.
We want to provide as much support as possible. However, there are exceptions that this warranty does not cover:
-Normal-wear parts: these include gaskets, filters, o-rings, grinder burrs, plastic hoppers and other moving parts
-Any product that has been damaged as a result of accident, abuse, misuse, lack of reasonable and necessary *maintenance/cleaning, neglect, **installation, *mishandling, damage during shipment, line power surges or any external causes

-Shipping costs to ship product back to Ryoma Coffee World USA for a return, exchange or service
-Expedited shipping cost of parts
-No proof of installed water filtration
