About RCW USA, Inc.

RCW USA, Inc. (Ryoma Coffee World USA) is the U.S. sales, distribution, and support organization for professional espresso equipment and grinders within the Ryoma group (Astoria, Wega, Barista Attitude, Macap, HLF).

​

We manage U.S. operations for Ryoma brands, serving as a centralized point of contact for equipment sales, spare parts distribution, and technical documentation. RCW USA supports authorized distributors, service companies, and qualified commercial partners across the United States, with extended coverage for Canada and parts of the Caribbean.

​

In addition to equipment sales, RCW USA supplies genuine spare parts and official documentation for the machines and grinders we support. Our focus is on operational consistency, accurate information, and long-term product support to ensure equipment is properly installed, serviced, and maintained throughout its lifecycle.

RCW USA does not sell directly to consumers. All sales and support are provided exclusively through professional channels in order to maintain service standards and product integrity.

Provenance

​​

RCW USA’s foundation traces back to General Espresso Equipment, which was established in 1969 and has operated in the U.S. professional coffee equipment industry for decades. In 1995, General Espresso became the official U.S. importer for Astoria, establishing a long-term presence in the North American market, then later Wega.

​

In 2012, Astoria, Wega & CMA Group were acquired by Ryoma Holdings, bringing distribution and operations under a unified global ownership structure. In 2022, General Espresso Equipment was fully integrated into the Ryoma group and rebranded as RCW USA, Inc. (Ryoma Coffee World USA).

​

Today, manufacturing for Ryoma’s espresso equipment brands continues in Italy at CMA, while RCW USA manages U.S. sales, logistics, spare parts distribution, technical documentation, and partner support.

How to Order Equipment

For Established Partners​

​

To place an order, please email sales@rcwusa.us with the following information in PDF or Excel Format:

​

  • Bill-to name and address

  • Ship-to name and address

  • Equipment item code(s) and quantity

    • Item codes can be found on pages 21–22 of our catalog.

  • For first-time freight shipments to a new address, delivery requirements will be requested via a standard form after the order is received.

 

Providing complete information upfront allows us to confirm availability, pricing, and lead time without delays.

Once received, our team will review the request and respond with order confirmation details and next steps.

All spare parts orders and technical documentation are managed through our official portals:

RCW USA works exclusively with authorized distributors, service companies, and qualified commercial partners.

 

To request partnership, please complete the Partner Application Form.

 

All applications are reviewed by our team to ensure alignment with our products, service standards, and market coverage.

Once your application has been reviewed, a member of our team will follow up regarding next steps.

Conditions of Sale​

​

  • All equipment is sold with the applicable classification label, certification marks, and original installation and maintenance instructions.

  • All new equipment is sold with a one-year defective parts warranty from the date of invoice, unless otherwise specified.

  • A suitable water softener is required for all machines. Installation must be performed by certified personnel, otherwise, warranty is void.

  • Shipping terms are FOB New Jersey. All sales are final.
