Introducing Our New Quick Quote Builder

We’re excited to introduce our new Quick Quote Builder, designed to make estimating pricing faster and easier for our partners.

This tool allows you to quickly build an estimated quote by entering item codes and quantities, with pricing automatically pulled based on current product information. You may add or remove rows as needed, apply your applicable discount, and view a breakdown before placing your order.

What the Quick Quote Builder Is (and Isn’t)

The Quick Quote Builder is intended to provide pricing estimates only. It is a helpful planning tool, but it does not replace official order processing or invoicing.

Please note:

• Pricing shown is for estimation purposes only

• Pricing does not include shipping

• Pricing is subject to change at RCW USA’s discretion

Final pricing will always be confirmed on the official invoice once the order is ready to ship, or on the final invoice when applicable. Customers may also select the “Receive final costs before shipping” option to review final charges prior to any card being processed.

Important Note About Discounts at Checkout

When placing an order through our website, discounts will not be visible during checkout.

Rest assured, any applicable discount will be automatically applied by our processing team during order review and processing. This ensures accuracy and consistency across all orders, even if the discount is not reflected at the time of checkout.
